The 2021 World Wildlife Day Film Showcase: Forests Entry Terms and Conditions

WARNING: This system DOES NOT retain information once a session ends due to the browser closing or the session timing out. You must check out before closing the browser or leaving the session inactive for a long period of time or the entered information will be lost. If you have a large number of entries to submit: please do so in increments, to prevent the system from timing out. BEFORE YOU BEGIN PLEASE HAVE PREPARED:

-An Online Streaming Link to the Full Film (Vimeo, Youtube, Website, etc.). This is the link that will be used for both the competition judging and the 2021 World Wildlife Day Film Showcase: Forests online screenings. If you do not have an online streaming link for your film and would prefer to send a video file, please contact [email protected].

-Streaming Rights All films entered into the 2021 World Wildlife Day Film Showcase: Forests have the option to participate in one of the following two ways:

1. The streaming link provided upon entry will be freely shared for viewing by anyone accessing the 2021 World Wildlife Day Film Showcase: Forests online screening site hosted by Jackson Wild on the Eventive Platform.

2. The streaming link provided will be password protected but made available for judges and for free online streaming for educational purposes upon request via the 2021 World Wildlife Day Film Showcase: Forests online screening site hosted by Jackson Wild on the Eventive Platform.

-A Still Image JPEG Representing the Submission: 1920x1080 Format, Limited in Size to 5MB Maximum to be uploaded below the synopsis in the registration form (DO NOT attempt to upload a different type of image file, or a JPEG larger than 5MB, doing so will cause an error in the system) Please Note: Most entry issues are related to the image file upload, if you have trouble submitting the entry form please try submitting again without uploading an image file. As an alternative you may email the still image file as an attachment to [email protected] with the film title in the subject line, please.

-Full Credits

-A Brief Synopsis (100 words or less)

-General Contact Information for the Film (to be entered on the registration form)

-The Email Address of the Party Responsible for Submission and Entry Materials (to be entered on the check-out form)
